Race day is officially over! It’s been a tough week for the team, and ending our race in the Round of 14 wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.
“I flew a 1:06.179, which is the fastest time I’ve flown all week. I thought it was going to be enough to beat Yoshi and move on to the next round, but unfortunately it wasn’t,” remarks Kirby.
Matt Hall of Australia went on to take first place, followed by current leader, Matthias Dolderer, of Germany in second and Austrian Hannes Arch in third. In the overall world championship standings, the team is now in fourth place. With Ascot over, they are putting their focus on the next race in Germany!
