RED BULL AIR RACE, LAS VEGAS 2014!

The Red Bull Air Race in Las Vegas, Nevada, was filled with controversy! The 7th stop in the Red Bull Air Race World Championships encountered high winds on Race Day and the Race was cut short with only one pilot left to fly. The Race Committee used the Quali standings to determined the winner of the Las Vegas Race! Kirby and the rest of the Team were severely disappointed, as Kirby had already made the Super 8 and was looking forward to flying again!

Pete McLeod was awarded 1st, Nigel Lamb 2nd and Matthias Dolderer 3rd, due to their qualification standings. Going into the Final Race, Nigel Lamb, Paul Bonhomme, and Hannes Arch are just six points apart, vying for the Championship!

We want to thank everyone that came out for the Race! We are already preparing for the 2015 season at the Red Bull Air Race World Championships! We will be focusing on how to make the airplane faster, period.

The Team leaves for the 8th and Final Race in Austria on Friday. Again, your support means more than we can say! Thank you to our extended family and friends!
